WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. We usually ship within 1-2 business days after orders are placed.
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. We will include the tracking number which you can use to track your package.
Please kindly note that due to extremely high demand of our products, orders placed on or after January 21, 2019 are not guaranteed to be delivered by Valentine's day on February 14, 2019. We will try our best to process and deliver your order as fast as we possibly can.

Due to high demand your product may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. We source products from all over the world to bring you the best offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it is always worth it!
Most of our products are unique and can come from all over the world, and some are made to order. Due to the nature of this items might arrive in multiple packages and/or at separate times even though you are only paying one shipping fee per order.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our main offices are located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
We source our inventory from several jewelry designers within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia that most of our products ship from. Due to the overseas location of our fulfillment center, please allow for up to 4 to 6 weeks for shipping.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your deliveries.
WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?
It's not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain "blank" for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.
HOW ARE EXPEDITED SHIPPING HANDLED?
These items are shipped in 1-2 days excluding weekends. They are sent tracked and expedited quickly to arrive in the time frame stated on the order checkout.
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT AFTER 30 DAYS?
